 Nathan is a former Royal Marine with extensive boating experience. He's the one who maintains the high standards within Paramount Water Safety. If a job needs doing, heaven and earth will get moved to get it done and get it done well. A well respected Helmsman within the RNLI with many years experience saving lives at sea, worked abroad within the Arctic circle with Epedition organisers BSES, a Power Boat instructor with Compass Sea School and able to work 20 miles off shore. Safe hands to in trust your companies needs into.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Jennie Williams

  Our Jen. She'll be your first point of contact with Paramount, she's the one who holds us all together and sends us to the places we have to go. Jennie's spent all of her life on the water, sailing with her family since year dot. Jennie is also the only operational female on our crew in the RNLI, she has her level 2 Powerboat and is the glue in the PWS family. 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

  

 

 

 

Nigel Congram

  Nigel is an Outdoor Education Professional - working in the outdoor environment, be it land or sea, 24x7x365. His boating experience varys from Safety Boat Cover to Kayaks of all shapes and sizes. He has his Level 2 Powerboat , Advanced White Water Rescue Technician, Advanced White Water River Leader, Level 1 Swift Water Rescue Techician, a crew member within the RNLI, and an all round nice guy.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

Andy Stone

  Andy (on the left) is one of the coolest guys under pressure we know, he has proved himself over and over again in some very difficult situations. Andy has a huge knowledge of all things that float, from building them to putting them in situations few could and then coming home again, he is Advanced trained, a trained Mechanic, a Helmsman in the RNLI and an asset and a half.
